An Aspiring Culinary Spelunker.
A term perfectly coined by Padma Lakshmi and most clearly describes my place in the culinary world. A spelunker is an explorer of caves and the cave we will be exploring will be absolutely filled with delectable grub. Everyone’s relation with food is complex. Some eat to live, while others live to eat. As you will see, I completely fall under the latter.
Food is fascinating. Life changing. Revolutionizing. It is more than what is on a plate. It is identity, love, passion and I wholeheartedly believe it can invoke a range of feelings like no other.
I am excited to extend my spelunking journey onto a platform in which I can showcase my findings and explore my culinary passion and I hope you will join me on this joyride as I dive into a cave of many wonders...
